Governor of Hunan Province Du Jiahao participates in Yiyang delegation’s panel discussion at the Fifth Session of the 12th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress on Jan. 27, 2016.

　　Governor of Hunan Province Du Jiahao discussed the government work report with Yiyang delegates at the Fifth Session of the 12th Hunan Provincial People’s Congress on the afternoon of Jan. 27. He emphasized that Yiyang should speed up achieving the harmonized development with new-type industrialization, new-type urbanization, agricultural modernization, informatization, and green environment, and take the lead in modern agriculture development, environmental protection and green development. Efforts should be made in strengthening both soft and hard facilities construction, and deepening reform in agriculture and rural areas while taking the advantages of Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone, he added.

　　Governor Du remarked that the people’s government should do its utmost to meet the people’s demands. Related governmental organs directly affiliated to the provincial government should carefully study the deputies’ remarkable suggestions and turn them into pragmatic works.
