      Rednet (Changsha):In the 20th session of 12th Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress lowered the curtain in Changsha January 21. According to the decision of national People’s Congress on the implementation of constitutional oath system and the relating approaches in Hunan province, Hunan People’s Congress held an oath-taking ceremony to Constitution for all cadres in the meeting .

     "I swear to be loyal to the Constitution of People’s Republic of China , to maintain the authority of the Constitution, to meet our statutory roles, to be loyal to our motherland, the people, to be honest, to accept supervision, and to strive for a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist country with our hard work! ”

　　 In front the altar, Chen Jiaxin, a newly appointed member of the Hunan provincial People’s Congress in education, science, culture and public health Committee, took an oath to the Constitution.

　 He said that the ceremony made him excited as a party member, a representative of the national people’s Congress and as a worker of government. He said that he would be the first example to influence those around him to understand the Constitution and to abide by the Constitution.
