Rednet (Zhijiang): By the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Xu Shousheng, secretary of Hunan Provincial Committee of CPC and director of the Hunan Standing Committee of People’s Congress, investigated the work of studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building in the rural areas and communities of Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County, Huaihua City, June 20. He met with some party members of grass-roots level who in straitened circumstances, and he gave a lecture for party building studies. Xu stressed that the key point of implementing the theoretical and practical issues of party building is to solve practical problems for the people, and to test the results by people’s sense of gain, in order to propel the reform, to promote developments, and to form positive energy to achieve the moderate prosperity.
