Mr. Xu congratulated the contestants on their being awarded. He went on to state that the national strategy of the "Belt and Road" Initiative requires further economic and cultural exchange between China and countries connected by the Belt and Road. He hoped to establish “Chinese Bridge” as the platform for cultural exchange, and enable more Chinese to go global. In addition, he expected more international friends to understand China, make start-ups with Chinese, and achieve a new international situation featured by peaceful win-win cooperation.
