To celebrate the 69th anniversary of Chinese people's victory in the Anti-Japanese War, the Memorial Hall of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the Acceptance of the Japanese Surrender in Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County released for the first time an essential 10-minute episode of an archive footage recording Japanese war criminals' confessions in Zhijiang on September 1.
 
The original video was shot by the Americans as ally representatives, recording Japan's unconditional surrender to the Chinese government. It is both important evidence of Japanese confession to Chinese and witness of righteousness' victory over wickedness.
