All efforts should be made for creating new situations in all fields of Hunan province.
Xu said that it was the second time that President Xi visited Hunan delegation visit Hunan delegation with a group deliberation during the annual session of the National People’s Congress since 2013, and it fully embodied the special attention from Central Party Committee to Hunan and the full affirm of Hunan’s economic social developments in recent years. The meeting made the clear requirements on the work of structural reform, of strengthening guarantees and improving livelihood work, of agricultural modernization, and personnel changes of cities and counties in Hunan. President Xi’s speech has been the direction, guidance and foundation for the further work of "13th Five-year Plan" in Hunan.
