红网北京3月3日讯（时刻新闻记者 廖洁）今天下午召开的湖南代表团第一次全体会议决定，拟以全团名义向十二届全国人大四次会议提出建议，呼吁将湖南明确为加快实施“中国制造2025”试点省，并将湖南省长沙市、株洲市明确为“中国制造2025”试点城市，以利于湖南省更进一步推进制造强国战略的贯彻实施。

     Rednet (Beijing): The first plenary meeting held by Hunan delegation at annual two sessions decided to propose Hunan to be the pilot province for "Made in China 2025" plan at the 4th session of 12th National People’s Congress. The proposal calls for speeding up the implementation of making Hunan a piot province for "Made in China 2025" plan with pilot cities as Changsha and Zhuzhou. The application for pilot province of "Made in China 2025" plan may further advance the manufacturing power of Hunan.

　  自2015年3月两会期间李克强总理在政府工作报告中首次提出实施《中国制造2025》开始，湖南省积极贯彻落实国家战略部署，加快制造强省建设步伐。湖南工业呈现稳中有进、稳中向好的良好态势，工业转型升级步伐不断加快，制造业的优势和特色进一步放大，企业技术创新平台体系不断强化。为建设成为“中国制造2025”试点省打下了坚实基础。

    In March 2015, during two meetings in the Government work report Since Premier Li Keqiang’s speech on implementing "Made in China 2025" plan in the report on the work of government, Hunan province actively follow up the implementation of the strategic plan, for accelerating the pace of Hunan’s manufacturing construction. Hunan’s manufacturing industries have steady growth with better perspectives, and the industrial transformation and upgrading kept accelerating; manufacturing advantages and characteristics have further amplificated, with new technologies and innovations. Above all have laid a solid foundation for Hunan being the pilot province for "Made in China 2025" plan.
