The Fourth Session of the Eleventh CPPCC (Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) Hunan Provincial Committee commenced at the People’s Hall of Hunan Province at 9:00 am of Jan. 24, 2016. Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee Wu Jihai made a report on the work of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee. Vice Chairman Lai Mingyong delivered a report on the constructive proposals provided by the Standing Committee of the Eleventh CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee since the Third Session of the Eleventh CPPCC. Of which, excellent ones of 2015 were announced by Ge Hongyuan, vice chairman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee.
