They discuss the draft of "13th Five-year plan".

    Rednet (Changsha): On January 25, Du Jiahao, Deputy Secretary of Hunan provincial Committee of CPC and Governor of Hunan , joined the review of the report of government's work by delegation of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous, in the Fifth session of 12th Hunan People's Congress of Hunan. They discussed the draft of "13th Five-year plan". Du stressed that Hunan should conscientiously implement the spirit of President Xi's series of important speeches, and Hunan province should treat the work of poverty alleviation as the first priority during the period of  "13th Five-year plan", in order to seek the new development and new progress for constructing the moderate prosperous society of Hunan.
