The fifth session of 12th Hunan People's Congress of Hunan province kicks off in the People's Hall of Hunan Province.

　Rednet (Changsha):  In the majestic sound of the national anthem, the fifth session of 12th Hunan People's Congress of Hunan province drew its curtain in the People's Hall of Hunan Province at 9 o'clock in the morning of January 25. Sectary Xu Shousheng hosted the opening ceremony. Governor Du Jiahao made a report on the work of government.

    According to conference schedule arrangements, the Conference of this morning contented 4 items agenda: delivering the report on work of government; voting the " By-election approaches on the fifth session of 12th Hunan People's Congress of Hunan province"; reviewing the implementation situation of the economy and social development of Hunan province in 2015 and  plans on that of 2016; reviewing the  implementation situation of the budget in 2015 and the planning of 2016 budget.
