Rednet (Changsha): According to the Fourth session of 11th  Hunan CPPCC, Xu Shousheng,  Secretary of Hunan provincial Standing Committee of CPC and director of the standing committee of Hunan People's Congress, approved the proposal of " suggestions on realizing the targets of Poverty Alleviation" submitted by Jiusan Party and "to manage the intellectual property for the innovation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan national model area" submitted by Zhigong Party of Hunan province, January 24. Xu requested the related departments to do seriously research on the proposals.
