12th session of 5th Hunan People’s Congress to start in Changsha

　　 Rednet (Changsha): The 20th session of 12th Standing Committee of Hunan People’s Congress was opened in Changsha, on January 20. Two reports on government work were reviewed and considered on the Conference, along with one local regulations, one draft decision and 11 agenda.

　 　The meeting was held by Yu Laishan deputy director of the Hunan provincial people’s Congress; Han Yongwen deputy director, Xie Yong, Liu lianyu, Xu Minghua, Jiang Zuobin, and Chen Junwen, Peng Xianfa attended the meeting, along with Li Youzhi, Kang Weimin and You Yourong.

　 　The decision of Meeting of date adjustment of the Fifth session of 5th Hunan People’s Congress was reviewed and approved in the meeting, which will be held on January 25, 2016.

　　 The resigning report of some delegates of the 12 session of the national people’s Congress.

　　 Commissioned by the provincial government, Director of the provincial development and Reform Commission of Hunan province, Xie Jianhui made a report on Hunan provincial situation of national economic and social development in 2015 and the plan of 2016. Hunan rovincial Finance Minister Zheng Jianxin made a report on the budget performance of 2015 and budget plan of 2016.
