最近时刻姐看到一张图片，顿时笑喷了，图中“请站到一米线外等候”中这个“米”居然可以放翻译成“米线”或“面条”，果然是中式英文才能做到的喜剧效果。生活中的英文尚且要仔细思索、仔细考证，更不要说涉及法律、经济类英文用词了。眼下的两会，时刻姐可不敢“任性”翻译。昨天，最高法院工作报告又引发了热议，请大家跟时刻姐一起学习要点词汇的标准英文表述吧。

Highlights of work report of Supreme People's Court
3月12日上午9时，第十二届全国人民代表大会第三次会议将在人民大会堂举行第三次全体会议，听取最高人民法院院长周强关于最高人民法院工作的报告。
Chief Justice Zhou Qiang, president of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), delivered a report on the work of the SPC on Thursday to the third session of the 12th National People's Congress.
恐怖主义、分裂主义案件上升:Terrorism, separatism
Chinese courts handled 558 cases related to separatism and terrorism, an increase of 14.8% year-on-year.
我国法院共处理分裂主义、恐怖主义相关案件558起，同比上升14.8%。
纠正冤假错案:Court acquits, rectifies mistakes
In 2014, courts acquitted 518 defendants of public prosecution and 260 defendants of private prosecution. Moreover, there were 1,317 revisions of criminal cases to rectify past mistakes, including the case of Hugjiltu.
2014年，各级法院对518名公诉案件被告人和260名自诉案件被告人依法宣告无罪。各级法院按照审判监督程序再审改判刑事案件1317件，其中纠正一批重大冤假错案，其中包括内蒙古自治区高级人民法院依法再审呼格吉勒图故意杀人、流氓罪一案。
反腐:Anti-corruption
According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), prosecutors probed 3,664 cases of graft, bribery and embezzlement of public funds involving more than 1 million yuan ($164,000 ) last year. A total of 55,101 people were investigated for duty-related crimes in 41,487 cases, an annual increase of 7.4 percent in the number of people, according to the report.
最高人民检察院数据显示，去年，各级检察机关调查3664起腐败、受贿及挪用公款案件，涉及资金超过100万元。共有55101人因职务犯罪接受调查，涉及案件41487起，涉案人数同比增加7.4%。
网络犯罪: Cyber crimes
China will impose tough measures on cyber crimes in accordance with the law, in a bid to cleanse the Internet space.
我国将依法严惩网络犯罪行为，净化网络环境。
环境犯罪:Environmental violations
The number of criminal cases involving polluters increased by 8.5 times year on year in 2014. Courts nationwide closed about 16,000 criminal cases related to environment protection.
2014年环境污染相关刑事案件比上年增加8.5倍，各级法院审结污染环境、破坏资源等犯罪案件1.6万件。
零容忍: zero-tolerance policy
The SPC will step up the efforts against corruption and maintain a zero-tolerance policy on embezzlement, bribery and breach of duty.
依法严惩腐败犯罪，对贪污、贿赂及渎职行为零容忍。

The SPC will improve its information sharing platform, to make public its trial procedures, written judgments and enforcement information.

中国将继续稳健的货币政策
China's prudent monetary policy to continue

稳健的货币政策：prudent monetary policy
我们观察货币政策松紧的程度，其中一个是用M2，所以政府工作报告专门提到了M2的增长速度。也就是说，尽管使用了各种工具来进行调节，其中也包括一部分定向的货币政策的调节。但是加在一起后，广义货币供应量也就是M2的增长仍就是适度的，所以并没有改变稳健的货币政策状况。

Any fluctuations in its rate are normally influenced by international demand, as the country continues with its opening-up policy. Zhou said that he hopes the currency can soon be included in the Special Drawing Rights created by the International Monetary Fund. [Full text]

Deputies reviewed the Draft Decision on amending the Legislation Law and the Report on the work of Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Zhou Qiang, president of China's Supreme People's Court (SPC), attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 周强在审议中说，过去一年，全国人大常委会的工作卓有成效，立法、监督、代表联络等工作取得了很大成绩，为全面深化改革、全面依法治国提供了立法保障，同时加强了对“一府两院”工作的监督，有力促进了“一府两院”工作的开展。
"Last year, the work of he NPC Standing Committee's have achieved effective results in legislation, supervision and deoputies' connection," said Zhou Qiang, " these achievements provides legislative guarantees for deepening reform and the rule of law, for strengthening the supervision and promotion over the work of "one government and two institutes".
立法法的修改充分体现了党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神，符合人民群众的愿望，对于完善立法体制、提高立法质量和效率，促进形成完备的法律规范体系具有重要意义，赞成《立法法修正案（草案）》。 周强表示， 2015年是全面深化改革的关键之年，是全面依法治国的开局之年，人民法院将认真贯彻党中央各项决策部署，认真落实本次大会决议，进一步加强和改进各项工作，努力让人民群众在每一个司法案件中感受到公平正义。
Zhou said that revision of the Legislation Law fully reflects the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress, the Third and Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the aspirations of the mass. The Amendments to Legislation Law has the great significance to improve legislation system, to promote its quality and efficiency, and to form a comprehensive legal system. Zhou said that the year of 2015 is the key to deepening reform, also the starting year of the Rule of Law. The People's Courts will conscientiously implement the deployments of CPC Central Committee with further strengthened and improved work, in order to reach justice in each case.
周强对湖南法院工作给予充分肯定，指出湖南法院认真开展审判执行各项工作，依法审理了一批有影响的案件，为保障湖南经济社会发展营造了良好的法治环境。
Zhou Qiang fully affirmed the work of of People's Court in Hunan Province. He noted that with a number of influential cases, Hunan Province has carefully conducted the work of trial, judgement and enforcement to create a good environment of rule by law for protecting Hunan's economic and social development.
