On March 1, members of the CPPCC National Committee from Hunan arrived in Beijing for the third session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee.

　　In face of the new normal of economic development featured “medium-to-high speed growth, improved and upgraded economic structure, economy driven by innovation”, the committee members mainly talked about hot issues including deepening the reform and development, strengthening eco-environment protection, and improving people’s well-being and benefits during their two-hour flight.

　　The committee member Liu Changgeng showed great concern on two issues this year: state-owned enterprise reform and the deepening reform of income distribution system. Zhu Jianjun has concerned over highway networks in rural areas for many years and made suggestions on improving the areas’ transport condition. Tang Sulan said that “The most equity in society lies in education,” She cares more about rural education and left-behind elderly people. Pan Biling specially prepared 11 proposals this year and 8 of them involved eco-environment protection, such as CZT air pollution control, soil pollution restoration and construction of ecological green core areas.
