　　At present, the participation rate of Hunan's new rural cooperative medical care system reaches 99.3%. Specifically, the hospital reimbursement within policy support maintains the ratio of over 75%, and rural serious disease subsidy is offered for 1.672 thousand times with 932 million yuan.

　　The per capita allowance standard of the new rural cooperative medical care will be increased from 320 yuan to 380 yuan, with the individual financing up to 90 yuan. Additionally, the encouragement and support policy for rural planned-parenthood families and the reward policy for urban parents with one child will be fully implemented. The appointment registration platform is expected to be perfected by carrying out appointment diagnosis and ambulatory (day) surgery and popularizing registration and payment via Alipay. Moreover, the comprehensive matchmaking for floating population information between Guangdong and Hunan will be strengthened and the efficiency for maternity registration and birth certificates improved.
