The Report on the Work of the Hunan Provincial People's Government in 2015 was also laid out at the Fourth Session of the Twelfth Hunan Provincial People's Congress, by Du Jiahao, Governor of Hunan Province. He outlined the achievements and the future plans of Hunan’s Comprehensively Deepening Reforms.
Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, Hunan actively adapt to the economic development of the new situations, by stabilizing economic growth, accelerating reform and transforming the structures for people’s welfare, in accordance with the decisions of CPC Hunan Provincial Committee.
Achievements of 2014
Gross regional product increased to 2700 billion yuan, up 9.5%. Total investment tops 2000 billion yuan.
Total retail sales of consumer goods, and the added value in large-scaled industries topped one trillion yuan. More >>
The proportions of three industries adjust to 11.6: 46.2: 42.2, and the proportion of service industry increases 1.4%.
Grain output is stabilized at more than 30 billion kilogram, with 13.6 million acres of agriculture base for various industries by 9.50 million of farmers. More >>
